How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and your location. Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping times can range from a few days to several weeks, especially if the product is coming from overseas. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it typically cannot be changed or canceled because the supplier may have already started preparing the item for shipment. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we may be able to assist with a cancellation or modification.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way, along with a tracking number.
Why is my order coming in separate packages?
Since the products in your order may come from different suppliers, they could be shipped separately. Each supplier processes orders independently, and as a result, items may arrive at different times or in separate packages. Don’t worry, all items will arrive!
How much does shipping cost?
Because we source our products from a number of suppliers each has their own individual shipping costs. Most are calculated at checkout but view a specific brand's policy here.

How do I start a return?
In the "Orders" Tab in your individual accounts you will have the option to start a return if you are eligible.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team (support@ladibug.co) with photos of the damage, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
