How to Use & Care Instructions

Wear like regular underwear. Change every 8–12 hours or as needed based on flow. Rinse in cold water after use, then wash and air dry. No pads, tampons, or liners needed—just wear, rinse, and repeat!

Wash cold on delicate, air dry. No fabric softeners or dryer sheets. If hand washing, rinse in plain water after to remove detergent residue.
