How to Use & Care Instructions

How to Use

  1. Peel off the backing to reveal the adhesive side and stick it firmly to the inside of your underwear.
  2. For pads with wings, fold the wings around the sides of your underwear for extra security.
  3. Change your pad every 4-6 hours or as needed to stay fresh and comfortable throughout your day.
