How to Use

  1. Wash your hands before use.
  2. Unwrap the tampon and hold it by the grip or applicator.
  3. Find a comfortable position, then gently insert the tampon into your vagina until it feels comfortable and secure.
  4. If using an applicator, push the inner tube to release the tampon inside.
  5. Always use the lowest absorbency needed and change your tampon every 4-8 hours to stay safe and fresh.
