Moxie tampons are made from nothing but 100% organic cotton - including a protective outer cover layer to help prevent fluffing and fibre shed. Neatly wrapped in recyclable paper (not plastic), for a more conscious period.

How to Use & Care Instructions

How to Use

  1. Tampons are inserted inside the vagina to collect period flow and if inserted correctly, you shouldn't feel you're wearing one.
  2. Wash your hands prior to use and unwrap your tampon. Hold it at the base near the string.
  3. Get into a comfortable position (like putting one leg up on the toilet seat, or squatting over it) and gently insert your tampon using your index finger, angling it back towards your tailbone.
  4. Make sure your tampon is fully inserted (push it all the way through the vaginal canal), so that only the string is hanging out.
  5. Be sure to change your tampon at least every 8hrs, or more often if you have a heavier flow.

Always use the lowest possible absorbency to suit your flow to help minimise your risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Please read and keep the instructions in pack.
