How to Use

  1. Wash the dilator with warm soap and water between each use.
  2. Find somewhere you can relax while using the dilator
  3. Find the size that fits best as a starting point, or recommended by a health care professional.
  4. Generously apply water-based lubricant to the dilator.
  5. Try lying on your back or side with knees bent. Most important is the body is relaxed and tension free.
  6. Breathe deep in and out, inserting on the exhale.
  7. Keep inserted while breathing deep for 15 minutes.
  8. Repeat 1-2x / day. Progress to larger trainer when you can insert without pain until you reach your goal size
