How to Use & Care Instructions

How to Use

  1. With clean hands, separate one suppository at the perforations.
    Peel apart the tabs at the pointed end of the suppository to open the shell.
  2. Insert the suppository in the vagina, as deep as you are comfortable with. Can also be inserted rectally.
  3. Use as needed at the onset of pain or daily for ongoing support.
  4. Optional: For optimal absorption, lay down for at least 20 minutes and elevate the pelvis after inserting.

Care Instructions
Store in a dark, cool place. Keep away from children. Optional: To ensure firmness and add a cooling effect, Ease Please Suppositories can be stored in the refrigerator.
