How to Use

For Chilled Use:

1. Freeze for at least 2-2.5 hours.

For Heated Use:

1. Place in microwave for 8-10 seconds, adjust your timing based on microwave wattage.
2. After heating, gently shake the gel pack to ensure even distribution of the warmed gel.
3. No Microwave? Immerse in hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove and pat dry. TIP: Use tongs or a spoon to safely take it out.

After Temperature Achieved:

1. Place gel pad in sleeve
2. Wrap the wings around the gusset of your underwear and snap them together to hold everything in place.
3. Use full coverage underwear for best results.
   

Care Instructions
How to clean the Gel Pads:

1. Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water.
2. Dry with a towel or let it air dry completely.
3. Do not put it in the dishwasher.
4. Store in the fridge or freezer after cleaning.

How to Clean the Sleeves:

1. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
2. Tumble dry low or air dry.
3. To prevent stains, pre-treat or pre-soak in cold water.
4. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
5. Hand-washing is optional.
