How to Use

Consult your doctor before starting.

  1. Wash the dilator with warm water and mild soap.
  2. Use water-based lubricant on the tip. Lie on your back, knees bent like during a pelvic exam.
  3. Gently insert the dilator, angling it toward your lower back. Breathe deeply and relax.
  4. Use for 5–10 minutes, stop if there's pain or discomfort.
  5. Clean and store after each use.
  6. Never force insertion, share dilators, or use if bleeding—consult your doctor.

Care Instructions
Wash with warm water and mild soap after each use. Air dry completely. Store in cotton or open air. For yeast concerns, boil with 2 tbsp vinegar in 1 qt water.
