  3. Sit back and enjoy the soothing heat relief for 8-12+ magical hours.
  4. When you're done, dispose of the patch and recycle the packaging sleeve and sticker.

Spicey heat patches are non-medicinal, so you can use as many as you need. Feel free to use more than one at a time – there's absolutely no risk.
