What else you need to know
One bottle lasts 2-4 months (recommended pairing: 1 bottle with a box of 54 tampons). Replace lubricant bottle after each cycle for safety. Choose the lightest tampon absorbency that absorbs blood without leaking for 4-8 hours. Never keep a tampon in longer than 8 hours to reduce risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.
