How to Use

1. Remove the inner heat pack from the back of your plushie before heating.
2. Place the heat pack in the center of the microwave plate and heat for the following amounts of time: 90 seconds for 600-800W Microwaves, 60 seconds for 850-1000W Microwaves. Do not put the whole plushie in the microwave! Helpful hint: You can generally look up a microwave's wattage based on the model number. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the heat pack from the microwave (pack may be hot!) and place it into the plushie. Some steam is normal! Your plushie will provide therapeutic heat for approximately 20-30 minutes.
