How to Use

1. Getting Started To assemble Tensie, snap the flower-shaped electrode pads onto the Y-cable. Then connect the Y-cable to the Control Unit.
2. Position Electrode Pads Peel the protective backing off the electrode pads. (Note: You may want to save the backers to use when storing Tensie, to help keep the electrode pads dirt and dust free!) Depending on where your pain is, you can stick the electrode pads to your abdomen, or to your lower back. Make sure Tensie is off during this step.
3. Power On Once the electrode pads are placed, turn on Tensie using the control unit. Tensie has been designed to emit a pulse frequency that has been clinically proven to reduce menstrual pain, but you can adjust the intensity up (+) or down (-) to suit your needs. Once Tensie is on, you can change the mode by short-pressing the power button. You can use the waistband clip to attach Tensie to your waistband for pain relief on the go!

Care Instructions
Make sure to turn Tensie off before removing or adjusting the electrode pads. Tensie’s electrode pads have a gel patch that allows them to stick to your skin (without leaving behind a sticky residue.) These can be cleaned and reused for up to 80 uses. If you notice the electrode pads aren’t adhering to your skin well, use a small amount of water or alcohol to clean the gel patch. When the electrodes no longer adhere to the skin, you can replace them with the spare gel patches included with your Tensie.
