  • Holding the flat end, gently insert the suppository into your vagina using your index or middle finger, aiming towards your lower back. Insert as far as comfortable.

3. Insertion with Applicator:

  • Place the suppository into the applicator.
  • Insert the applicator gently into the vaginal canal and press to release the suppository.
  • Remove the applicator and wash it thoroughly with soap and water.

4. Aftercare:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly after insertion.
  • If needed, use a panty liner to manage any discharge.

What to Expect:

  • Some discharge or residue is normal and does not impact the effectiveness of the product.
